Job summary

RAM Partners LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team on a busy multi‑family property in Huntersville, NC. You will oversee daily work orders, inspections, and make‑ready processes while ensuring safety and high standards of resident service. A valid license, HVAC/CPO certs, and strong communication are required; this is a full‑time on‑site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license is required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of the property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate the make‑ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventative Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
