Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a seasoned maintenance and reliability leader for a fast-paced chemical manufacturing site. You will own maintenance, reliability, and stores performance, and lead the M&R strategy across the site to boost equipment performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong technical judgment, mentor cross-functional teams, and uphold EHSS standards while collaborating with Production, Engineering, and R&D on capital projects and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
7–10 years in a chemical plant environment, or 10+ years with maintenance responsibility.
Proven maintenance/reliability strategy development and execution.
Strong leadership to mentor multi-discipline teams including stores and planning.
Hands-on with predictive and preventive maintenance and plant troubleshooting.
Safety-focused leadership ensuring EHSS expectations across activities.
