## ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Facilities team plays a critical role in keeping our distribution center operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. By maintaining the equipment, systems, and infrastructure that support daily operations, the team helps ensure product moves seamlessly through our network while creating a safe and productive environment for employees.As a Lead Maintenance Mechanic, you will provide hands-on technical leadership while remaining actively engaged in maintenance and repair activities throughout the distribution center. You will serve as the lead technician during your assigned shift, coordinating maintenance priorities, supporting equipment reliability, mentoring fellow technicians, and helping drive operational excellence.
