Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of relevant experience, excellent bilingual communication skills, and be familiar with safety standards and maintenance procedures. The position may require flexibility in hours and locations.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of standard operating procedures and safety standards.
• Experience in fieldwork and management plans for Protected Natural Areas.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff tasks for the Maintenance team.
• Ensure maintenance of green areas, structures, and natural reserves.
• Implement management actions established in the Management Plan.
• Supervise payroll, documentation, and personnel data.
