The role requires EPA Type II or Universal Certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends.

Oversee contract work as outlined by the Property Manager.* Work through the maintenance and make-ready team to ensure the turn process is being adhered to and that quality and timely turns are being produced.* Supervise, motivate, develop, and participate in annual reviews for the maintenance team. Coach, mentor, and cross-train your team to prepare them for potential future opportunities and growth.* Perform Preventative Maintenance as required by S2 Residential, your Property Manager and/or Asset Management. The Lead Maintenance will be on a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours/weekend emergencies.Physical Demands:* Ability to continuously walk for 8 or more hours per day. It is estimated an Assistant Lead Maintenance technician will spend 99-100% of their time moving and on their feet.* Frequently moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs.
