JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to own the end-to-end macroeconomic forecast generation and distribution process. You will modernize workflows, implement auditable pipelines, and collaborate across Finance, Technology, Transformation, and Governance to deliver durable, well-controlled outcomes.

You will lead a global team, contribute to production-grade architecture, and push AI/ML forecasting capabilities while ensuring governance and production support standards are met.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Quantitative Finance, or a related field.
• At least eight years of engineering, data, or platform delivery experience in a large organization.
• Experience delivering end-to-end software with production support and governance.
• Ability to design, architect, integrate, and implement cross-system solutions.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python; Excel).
• Experience with Databricks, AWS, and CI/CD tooling.
• Data querying/engineering skills (SQL).
• Experience leading engineers and data analysts across locations.
