Qualifications

• Lead by example and set quality standards.
• Clear oral and written communication with team and supervisor.
• Basic computer use for documentation and line tracking.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations with numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in overseeing personnel and production to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Operate sections of the work center and train new hires or transfers.
• Ensure proper safety equipment is worn and safety awareness is maintained.
• Check machinery function and report issues to supervisor.
• Provide feedback on department performance and meet shift production targets.
• Attend to safety policies and procedures as essential functions of the job.
