Job summary

Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year sales experience.
• 2+ years sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to periodically lift, push, pull 50+ pounds, stand, walk.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery ensuring production materials are available.
• Assist with changeovers as necessary.
• Safely operate and monitor equipment in production.
• Visually inspect production run and report malfunctions.
• Maintain required records.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
• Adhere to regulatory and company policies.
