Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines on production lines.
• Perform minor repairs as needed.
• Operate multiple machines in automated setups.
• Record items produced per hour/shift.
• Notify Plant Manager of downtime within 15 minutes.
• Maintain and clean machines before/after shifts.
• Assist in training crew members.
• May drive electric carts and climb ladders.
• Work with small equipment and learn new skills.
