Job summary

Hain Celestial is seeking a night-shift production operator in Boulder, CO to operate packaging equipment, stock supplies, and perform quality checks. You will follow GMPs and HACCP guidelines, work across cells as needed, and thrive in a fast-paced, loud manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Operate semi-automated machinery and conduct quality checks.
• Follow GMPs, SQF & HACCP guidelines.
• Be flexible to work in different work cells as staffing needs dictate.
• Able to work in a loud environment and stay on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production problems and take appropriate corrective action.
• Make necessary mechanical adjustments.
• Complete required paperwork and quality tasks.
• Operate other packaging machines by stocking supplies for semi-automated equipment based on production schedule.
• Maintain work area and equipment according to GMPs, SOPs and safety standards.
• Be a positive team member with emphasis on teamwork across all shifts.
• Strive for improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
• Work with minimal supervision and initiate appropriate work activities in a timely manner.
• Report food safety and quality issues and initiate action as necessary.
• Follow all Food Safety guidelines including GMPs, Allergen Program, Quality, Sanitation, Safety, SQF.

Night-Shift role, Sunday thru Thursday 11:00pm to 7:15am with shift differential of $1.00 / hr.

BASIC DUTIES

• Ability to handle loud work environment and be on your feet most of the shift.

SHIFT DETAILS

• A-shift aka nights: 11:00pm - 7:15am + $1.00 DIFFERENTIAL PAY
• B-shift aka days: 7:00am - 3:15pm
• C-shift aka swing: 3:00pm - 11:15pm + $0.50 DIFFERENTIAL PAY
