Job summary

Cynet Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to architect, develop, deploy, and scale AI solutions for complex business challenges. The pay range is $114,400–$124,800 per year.

We design cloud-based ML applications and data pipelines, and mentor engineers in a fast-paced Agile environment across the United States. You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong practical experience with ML and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and cloud-based deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and Agentic AI solutions.
• /Create scalable, cloud-based ML applications and data pipelines.
• /Develop and optimize MLOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment frameworks.
• /Monitor model performance, governance, observability, and reliability.
• /Lead technical problem-solving and mentor engineering team members.
• /Develop applications using Python, C++, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.

Salary: $114,400 - 124,800 per year

Requirements

• Strong experience with traditional machine learning and Agentic AI
• Expertise in MLOps, model deployment, and cloud engineering
• Solid foundation in software engineering and system design
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark or PySpark, and REST APIs
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CloudBees
• Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and AI lifecycle management
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
