Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer II in Chicago to help design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and modern workplace technologies for large enterprise clients. You will lead cross‑functional workstreams and guide teams through complex deployments across hybrid cloud environments.

You will collaborate with clients to drive AI-enabled workplace solutions, manage project deliverables, and mentor engineers while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with workplace engineering solutions using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• 3+ years supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations.
• 3+ years leading teams and managing deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra and other Workplace Engineering technologies.
• Lead workstreams for workplace transformation initiatives across mobility, desktop delivery, collaboration, endpoint management, and user support environments.
• Support enterprise implementations of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, VDI, and AI-enabled workplace technologies.
• Collaborate with client and cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience through automation, predictive support analytics, and intelligent tooling.
• Manage project activities, coordinate deliverables, and guide team members through implementation efforts across large-scale technology programs.
• Support evaluation and adoption of enterprise AI solutions including Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini.
• Advise clients on future-of-work strategies and AI-enabled collaboration solutions.
