Job summary

ContinueCARE Hospital is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct and indirect nursing care across adult and geriatric patients in a small-hospital setting within a larger acute care hospital.

The role requires ACLS, BLS, an unrestricted LVN license, and acute care experience. The LVN will supervise CNAs and coordinate with other departments, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LVN program.
• Unrestricted LVN license.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect nursing care for patients aged 18 and older.
• Supervises and delegates patient care tasks to CNAs and other team members.
• Promotes teamwork with physicians and personnel of other departments.
