You will work closely with a Site Manager, spending time on-site to enforce standards and maintain discipline. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in custom residential construction or remodeling, strong building-science knowledge, and proven budget/schedule

Qualifications

• 5+ years in custom residential construction or remodeling.
• Strong understanding of building science and quality standards.
• Experience managing budgets and schedules in complex projects.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with common construction software.
