Job summary

CRAFT architecture + interiors in Wilmington, NC invites a visionary Architectural Interior Designer to lead our luxury interior design team. You will guide design strategy, mentor designers, and cultivate strong client relationships, shaping the interiors from concept through construction.

You will oversee design development, construction documentation, budgets, and QA, while partnering with senior leadership to expand services and strengthen the brand across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential or luxury interior design.
• Proven track record managing design teams and client relationships.
• Proficiency in design tools (Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Knowledge of technical detailing, building codes and industry standards.
• Experience in managing budgets and design procurement.
