Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in service or retail; automotive experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic, dependability and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and pass background check.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Unlock and secure the location at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Manage daily deposits to bank and secure location safe when Center Manager absent.
• Ensure cash security and timely close of the store safe.
• Lead the team during daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Perform and oversee oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and minor services.
• Maintain inventory and report needs to Center Manager.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in bays and customer areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve basic issues or complaints.
• Report anomalies to Center Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Escalate safety or security concerns to District Manager when needed.
• Train and mentor new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
