Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Ohio is seeking a Nurse Supervisor/LPN to lead a caregiving team in an assisted living setting. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff while ensuring high-quality resident care.

The role requires an LPN license in Ohio, prior supervisory experience, and a passion for elderly care. You’ll use EHR/EMAR systems, document changes, and coordinate with physicians, families, and residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state; supervisory experience required.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Punctuality and professionalism are important factors.
• Passionate about working with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
• Evaluate residents and report changes in condition to physicians.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR).
• Communicate effectively to team, residents and families.
