Job summary

Regency Retirement Village of Morristown is seeking an LPN to supervise and perform daily services for residents in the licensed Assisted Living program in Morristown, Tennessee. You will work with the Assisted Living service team to implement health and service programs and ensure quality care.

The role requires an active TN L.P.N. license, ability to communicate in English, and physical capacity to assist residents as needed.

Qualifications

• A current TN L.P.N. License is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, understand, communicate and write English.
• Ability to lift, walk, climb stairs, and other physical demands as may be required depending upon residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in resident care activities in accordance with Assisted Living program guidelines.
• Visit residents daily to monitor physical and emotional status and ensure appropriate care.
• Notify physicians of changes in residents' condition or incidents as needed.
• Assist with daily resident care such as bathing, dressing, meals and medication assistance.
• Record weights and vital signs as required and report to supervisor.
• Prepare and administer medications and ensure proper medication handling and storage.
