Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Charlotte Ave Outpatient Clinic in Nashville, TN. Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical or vocational nursing program approved by the state agency.
• Current, full, unrestricted LPN licensure in the United States.
• Experience at GS-7 level or equivalent in primary care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the VA Primary Care clinics.
• Prioritize and triage patient needs with RN/MD oversight as appropriate.
• Document care, monitor vital signs, and support care plans.
• Collaborate with PACT team to ensure timely access to care.
• Assist with procedures and special tests as assigned.
