SHARPVIEW SNF MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking an LVN to serve as the charge nurse in our skilled nursing facility. You will oversee resident health, coordinate care plans, and supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality care and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate holds an active LVN license, prefers a Bachelor’s in Nursing, and has experience in long-term care. You will communicate with residents' families and ensure accurate medical records.

- LVN license active and in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience as charge nurse in long-term care.

- Monitor and document residents' health status including vitals.
- Administer medications and treatments per physicians’ orders.
- Coordinate with doctors and specialists to implement care plans.
