CommonSail Investment Group in our elder care communities is seeking a Nurse Supervisor/LPN to lead, train and support a team of caregivers in daily operations and resident care.

You will evaluate residents, report changes to physicians, utilize EHR and EMAR, communicate with families, and build trusting relationships while upholding the highest standards of safety and compassion. This role requires licensure and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Punctuality and professionalism.
