Qualifications

• 5+ years of low-voltage or data cabling experience required.
• Prior Foreman or Lead Technician experience necessary.
• Must have strong Cat6 and single-mode/multi-mode fiber termination knowledge.
• Experience leading crews of 4-20 technicians essential.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work 50-60 hours weekly is needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead data and low-voltage cabling crews on large projects.
• Oversee quality and productivity of Cat6 and fiber installations.
• Plan daily manpower and production goals.
• Track and maintain project materials and inventory.
• Communicate project needs and status to Project Managers.
