Job summary

Kastle Technologies Co., LLC (KTECH), an EMCOR Company, is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead low-voltage cabling projects in Monroe, OH/Cincinnati, OH area. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage, company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, paid vacation, pension and annual bonus.

Overtime is available when needed. The ideal candidate will have a BICSI Tech certification, OSHA 30, and proficient MS Office skills, with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement, and install assigned structured cabling projects or other tasks from Operations Managers.
• Interface with Construction Managers, Owners, and Direct Customers during installation as needed.
• Adhere to submitted job specifications and issue change orders when necessary.
• Determine material release for jobs in process to avoid overages or shortages.
• Develop timelines and milestones to track hours and materials used.
• Schedule, direct, and supervise direct labor force and ensure assets are properly maintained.
