Odyssey Technical Solutions is seeking a Logistics Clerk to coordinate daily shipping, receiving, inventory control, and parts kitting within our Texas operations. The role supports workflow prioritization and mentors junior staff while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient processes.

The position involves driving the company van for local pickups/deliveries, operating a forklift as needed, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment in Round Rock.

Competenze

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse shipping & receiving, inventory control, or related ops.
• Must have valid driver’s license by date of hire.
• Driving and forklift experience preferred.
• Prior lead, training, or coordination experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate daily logistics workflow and departmental priorities.
• Train and mentor junior logistics personnel.
• Accurately use Odyssey’s NetSuite inventory/shipping systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively across Repair, Assembly, Customer Service, and Management.
• Follow procedures, safety requirements, and inventory systems at all times.
• Assist with shipping/receiving duties and prioritization of activities.
• Assist with parts room receiving, issuing, and organization.
