Job summary

Frontwave Arena is seeking a creative, organized Senior Manager, Content Production to lead visual storytelling for Southern California’s fast-growing sports and entertainment organization. You will oversee content across Frontwave Arena properties including the San Diego Clippers, San Diego Sockers, Oceanside Shock, and other events, shooting, editing and producing high-quality video and photography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field and 5+ years creating digital content.
• Proven ability to shoot, edit and produce high-quality video and photo content.
• Experience leading freelancers, interns or creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead year-round content strategy for Frontwave Arena and affiliated properties.
• Oversee video production from concept to final delivery.
• Direct talent during shoots and manage post-production workflows.
• Coordinate Media Days and live event content.
• Maintain video assets and production documentation.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visuals.
