Responsibilities

• Maintain standardized court and e-filing services, ensuring compliance with court rules.
• Review documents before filing to ensure conformity to requirements.
• Guide attorneys and staff on service of process and procedural details.
• Perform complex procedural research in key jurisdictions to support the practice.
• Select and direct third-party attorney services vendors for filing, delivery, or research; negotiate vendor contracts.
• Provide high-level procedural advice and support to case teams; collaborate across departments.
