Qualifications

• Experience as lead or senior cook in a kitchen.
• Strong understanding of food safety and HACCP.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and run shifts.
• Proven track record in fast-paced hotel kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Sous Chef in training, leading BOH on a daily basis.
• Mentor Line Cooks and apprentices while managing food prep.
• Enforce health regulations and recipe standards.
• Help maintain food and labor cost targets.
• Ensure ingredient freshness and proper portion control.
• Monitor guest feedback and uphold service quality.
• Foster teamwork and professional kitchen standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
