Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a kitchen role designed for an experienced line cook ready to take the next step.

You will train through a structured program, learn the full duties of a professional cook, and follow F&B procedures and health guidelines. We offer benefits and growth opportunities across properties, with scheduling flexibility through our app.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Foundational skills in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger, pantry, and breakfast cookery.

Responsibilities

• Train as a Culinarian — learn and practice full duties of a professional cook in a structured program.
• Follow company F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal food safety guidelines.
• Practice proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist in maintaining food cost and labor cost standards.
• Check ingredient freshness; follow all recipes and portion-use records.
• Monitor guest feedback scores to influence rankings.

What You'll Do
