Vail Resorts in Gorham, NH, is hiring for a Lift Experience Team Lead for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period. You will oversee lift operations, schedule staff, and support training and safety initiatives on the mountain.
Responsibilities include hiring support, monitoring operator performance, and coordinating with patrol and maintenance to resolve issues. Fluency in English and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather are required.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of resort lifts such as scheduling staff and procedures for opening and closing lifts
Assistwith hiring, support, and training of operators and scanners in daily operations and safety Monitor and document lift operator performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition or correction action if necessary
Maintainup to date knowledge of and enforce all applicable laws, policies, and procedures to ensure the safety of all guests
Work closely with ski patrol, mountain safety, lift maintenance, and lift electric toassistand resolve any problems that may arise on the mountain
Promote clean and organized workstations
Receive and assess guest questions, comments and complaints providingtimelyresolutions
A Team Lead Lift Operator is a flexible employee within the Lift Experience department who takes onadditionaltraining to support ticket scanning

Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalentrequired
1-2 years ofpreviouslift or mountain operations experiencerequired
Must be physically capable ofassistingguests while loading lifts; maylift upto 40lbs
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving forentireshift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
