Qualifications
- Licensed Veterinary Technician with active state license (LVT).
- Proficiency in nursing, anesthesia, radiology, and lab procedures.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care and anesthesia support.
- Perform blood draws and IV catheter placement.
- Mentor and train veterinary assistants and technicians.
- Partner with leadership on daily operations and SOPs.
- Manage inventory and medical supplies; lead department meetings.
- Support workflow improvements and hospital culture.
