Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct or supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Plan staffing, shifts, and programs with the Nursing staff.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives and participate in surveys/inspections.
• Oversee charting, medication administration, and care plans.
