Midway Electric, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Master Plumber to lead the growth of its new plumbing division in Missouri.

You will manage projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, code compliance, and client specifications across residential, commercial, and industrial installs, repairs, and remodels. You will read blueprints and schematics, estimate plumbing components and labor, coordinate with project managers and trades, and supervise field service activities while maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Licensed Master Plumber credential required.
• Experience with commercial and residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of plumbing construction estimating.
• Familiarity with site safety standards and heavy lifting.
• Remodeling or maintenance project experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts and estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components, materials, and labor.
• Lead field service activities, including troubleshooting mechanical issues related to plumbing.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with remodeling, maintenance, or new construction.
• Ensure all work aligns with schematic diagrams and sound mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and inspection reports.
• Support team members with handyman skills such as carpentry or basic remodeling when needed.
