Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Lead Laundry Attendant to oversee daily laundry operations, guide Attendants, and ensure timely, high‑quality linen processing. You will support the Laundry Supervisor, coordinate tasks, and help maintain guest-ready service across shifts.

The role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and safety with exposure to industrial laundry equipment. Prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred, and familiarity with hotel housekeeping workflows is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in laundry operations or 6 months as Laundry Attendant at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel.
• Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations Support: Coordinate daily workflow and ensure linens meet quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Provide task direction and informal coaching to Laundry Attendants.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor laundered items for cleanliness and stain treatment; report issues.
• Equipment Use & Safety: Operate industrial washers, dryers, and pressing equipment with safety.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor linen and supply levels; notify Supervisor of needs.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for timely turnover.
• Process Improvement: Identify efficiency opportunities and communicate findings.
