Qualifications
8+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability manufacturing.
Experience in hardware or subsystem integration from design through launch.
Proficient in CAD tools with experience in MGSE.
Responsibilities
Lead mechanical integration at the launch site for flight readiness.
Define integration strategies and mitigate risks during campaigns.
Serve as the primary technical authority during integration and testing.
