Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. in Fredericksburg, VA seeks an experienced Décor & Graphics Manager to lead all large-format printing operations. You will manage personnel, equipment, and production workflows to meet safety, quality, on-time delivery, and margin targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, expert knowledge of color management, RIP software, and preventative maintenance. Strong collaboration with Design, Engineering and QC teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years in management of large-format graphics, digital printing, signage, or décor manufacturing.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience managing production teams.
• Advanced knowledge of large-format digital printing, color theory and color science, ICC profiling, RIP platforms, graphic production workflows, vinyl applications and laminating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Décor & Graphics team including pre-press, printer operators, fabrication, and assembly personnel.
• Plan labor resources and department capacity to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Develop employee skills through training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee all large-format print production activities from pre-press through finished product delivery.
• Monitor workflow, throughput, waste reduction, and labor efficiency to meet targets and gross margin.
