Job summary

Hittle Landscaping in Indiana is hiring a Production Landscape Field Manager to lead our crews on commercial projects. You will oversee daily operations, schedule work, manage tools and materials, and train the team on best practices while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a leadership role in landscaping, understands home landscape installation processes, and can communicate confidently with builders and contractors to ensure on-time, high-quality project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in landscaping.
• Knowledge of new home landscape installation processes: scheduling, layout, finishing techniques.
• Familiarity with builders/contractors, their timelines and expectations.
• Solid understanding of landscaping tools, equipment and techniques.
• Confident communicator who leads by example.
• Problem-solving with a client-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
