Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role or foreman position.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of turf management and fertilization schedules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and direct a team of landscaping and irrigation technicians.
• Oversee field operations including mulching, pruning, and planting trees and shrubs.
• Inspect properties to ensure quality and aesthetics.
• Assist with material orders, crew scheduling, and daily duties.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
