In this role, you will lead small teams on residential and commercial projects, ensure that work meets quality standards, and deliver excellent customer service. Candidates should have knowledge of plants and botany, experience in crew leadership, and strong communication skills. Pay ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews of 1 to 3 individuals on residential and commercial project sites.
• Ensure completed landscape projects meet all standards and guidelines.
• Enforce company rules and regulations and provide customer service.

Skills

Knowledge of plants, botany, and horticulture

Experience in leading small crews

Strong communication and customer service skills

CDL license and/or industry/trade specific licenses
