Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial/industrial/mechanical experience, preferably landscape equipment.
• Proven supervisory or lead experience in a shop environment.
• Comfortable ordering parts and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial mowing equipment and fleet vehicles.
• Lead, train, and schedule shop technicians, overseeing quality of workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
