Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking experienced Crew Leaders for our Enhancement division to supervise crews in the field from start to finish. You will ensure safety, provide training, and maintain tools and equipment on job sites.

Responsibilities include daily pre-trip inspections, coordinating with management and customers, and safely transporting crews between sites. Masonry and hardscape experience is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew in landscaping installation or related services.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to enforce safety policies.
• Fluent English communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Enhancement crew activities and ensure safety, training, and tools are available.
• Complete a daily pre-trip inspection report.
• Coordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed.
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs and ensure public safety near worksites.
• Experience with masonry, flat work, pavers, and retaining walls is desirable.
