Job summary

• Can safely operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules with management and follow job specs, materials and timelines.
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects on time.
• Ensure contractual obligations align with horticultural practices.
• Maintain equipment preventative maintenance program.
• Inspect job sites weekly and manage punch lists.
• Identify ways to improve processes, efficiency and quality.
• Communicate with onsite clients per plan.
• Address client requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep management informed of client concerns and communications.
