Thompson + Hanson is seeking a Construction Landscape Project Manager to guide landscape architecture projects from pre-construction to delivery. You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget completion that aligns with design intent.

This role bridges design and construction, requiring strong communication with stakeholders and a focus on quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Science, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in landscape architecture, residential construction, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead landscape construction projects from initial planning through completion.
• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and project timelines.
• Prepare and manage project contracts and subcontractor agreements.
• Track project budgets, billing, and schedules to ensure profitability targets are met.
• Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress, ensuring quality standards are met.
