Alderwood Landscaping Architecture & Construction is hiring an Experienced Landscape Construction Laborer to join our high-end design-build team in Bellevue, WA. We build custom outdoor living spaces, not lawn mowing, and look for hands-on craftsmen who love big, magazine-worthy projects.

You'll operate heavy equipment, install premium hardscapes, water features, and walls under a Site Manager, reading plans and setting grades to keep sites tight and professional.

Qualifications

• 3+ years landscape construction experience.
• Heavy equipment operation (excavators, skid steers).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round.
• Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and skid steers.
• Install premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries.
• Work directly under a Site Manager—leading and motivating your crew.
• Read plans, set grades, and keep sites tight and professional.
• Build projects you'll be proud to show off.
