Olsson is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to lead our surveying team in Lincoln/Omaha regions. You will manage projects, mentor crews, and maintain strong client relationships using cutting-edge tools like drones and GPS systems.

The role requires a PLS license and 8+ years of field experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center. You will contribute to project estimates, budgets, and profitability while coordinating across multiple offices.

Competenze

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) is required.
• 8+ years of surveying experience including boundary, ALTA, plats and topographic work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center.

Mansioni

• Foster and maintain strong client relationships throughout the surveying process.
• Lead and supervise survey crews and drafting technicians.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion within budget and schedule.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
• Prepare project estimates, proposals, and monitor financial performance.
