Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager in Allentown to lead successful project delivery, coordinate scheduling, budgets, and client communications.

You will prepare scopes of services, contracts, and fees with the Practice Leader, and manage multiple projects concurrently. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (AEC) with at least 2 years of experience, or 6 years, plus strong leadership, communication, and accounting awareness to manage budgets and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an AEC-related field with 2 years of professional experience or 6 years of equivalent experience.
• Leadership, communication and budgeting abilities to guide project teams.
• Knowledge of project management practices and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with each client and coordinate with the Practice Leader.
• Manage multiple projects, schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare scopes of services, budgets and contracts for review and approval.
• Lead project reviews and ensure QA/QC at key stages.
• Serve as primary client contact and monitor adherence to standards.
