Job summary

NWPX Infrastructure, Inc. is hiring a Laborer I to support general labor, housekeeping, and safety in the production area. You will assist with stull pipe, coating and lining, painting, grinding, and basic prep, and help prepare vehicles and equipment for loads.

Responsibilities include inspecting pipes, marking as needed, operating hand tools, and performing routine maintenance. Strong adherence to safety rules and attendance is required, with overtime and weekend work possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including housekeeping, coating and lining, painting, grinding, and end prep.
• Inspect and clean pipe prior to processing; mark pipes with spray paint or stamps.
• Operate hand tools and equipment; prep vehicles and equipment for loads.
• Loads/unloads pipe and materials; maintain tool and equipment safety.
• Identify unsafe conditions and report to supervisor; follow OSHA and ISO guidelines.
