WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY As a Lead Laboratory Scientist Planning Officer you will use your knowledge of and experience to optimize business results and customer experience by: Ensuring that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, and work products and services.
Leading and guiding professional and technical staff on the division safety and quality team with implementing and conducting quality and safety initiatives. Conducting conceptual design studies for planning and designing laboratory facilities. Analyzing requests for highly complex scientific/laboratory equipment. Interpreting and applying guidelines, assessing program effectiveness, and analyzing and resolving unusual issues or problems.
Foreign Education: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show that the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university.
