Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations.
• Manage daily scheduling in the kitchen and assist in swaps.
• Ensure staffing coverage and breaks while optimizing labor.
• Manage prep lists and adjust recipe quantities.
• Communicate recipe changes and item availability to staff.
• Monitor sales and adjust inventory/pars weekly.
• Update daily menu changes in Arryved and Wix.
• Develop 1–2 new menu items per year with the Management team.
• Write recipes for new menu items before they go into effect.
