Job summary

Singer Equipment Company in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Lead Installer to serve as the on-site technical leader for installation crews on local and nationwide projects.

You will coordinate activities with General Contractors, ensure safety and quality workmanship, operate hand and power tools, and help teams complete installations efficiently. This role requires physical endurance and monthly travel to support client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen.
• Willing to obtain class D driver's license within 60 days.
• Ability to travel about once per month.
• Extensive experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, and/or forklift.
• Work on construction sites, operational kitchens, warehouses and loading docks.
• Mechanically inclined with use of hand tools.
• Team player, reliable, presentable and proactive.
• Valid driving record to insure company vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise delivery and installation of kitchen equipment locally and nationwide.
• Effectively communicate with General Contractor on-site.
• Guide installation team to maintain productivity and uphold standards.
• Move heavy objects and operate power tools safely.
• Communicate with customers and project managers for successful execution.
• Occasional warehouse work and building maintenance.
