Invision Designs is the design division of Cloister's Flooring America, and we’re looking for a talented and driven Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing design team. This position is ideal for an experienced designer who thrives on creativity, enjoys client interaction, and is ready to take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

About the Role

As a Lead Designer, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their renovation journey — guiding them through selections, design plans, pricing, and installation. You’ll collaborate with our flooring sales and project management team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from kitchen and bath remodels to full interior updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client design consultations, from concept through project completion
• Develop creative design plans, floor plans, and 3D renderings
• Prepare detailed pricing quotes and order materials
• Oversee project details to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction
• Contribute design insight to showroom displays and marketing initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen and bath design or interior design (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Strong proficiency in 2020 Design Live and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales experience or confidence presenting design concepts to clients
• Ability to balance creativity with function and budget considerations
• Up-to-date awareness of design trends, materials, and finishes
• Past experience with selling flooring, tile, window treatments, wallcoverings is a plus!

Schedule

• Full-time, Salaried, 40-45 hours per week
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
• Flexibility required for occasional evening or Saturdays to fulfill client/project needs
